We are not experts and do not necessarily have intricate technical knowledge of the items listed for auction or store inventory. When we answer questions, the bidder/buyers must consider that these are subjective opinions of the person answering the question. We have thousands of items and the staff does their best to answer your questions in a timely manner. But again, it is only an opinion. Bidders are responsible to read the terms and conditions listed on this website.

We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. We do our best to describe each auction to the best of our ability and again reiterate, WE ARE NOT EXPERTS AND DO NOT INSPECT EACH AND EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS. Therefore, we strongly encourage bidders to ask about any/all items of interest prior to bidding/buying an item.

When a customer wins an auction that includes multiple items, the customer MUST pay for shipping on all items being shipped unless otherwise stated on auction or store inventory. The management reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon auctions and/or refuse to pay for an item. Besides negative feedback will be left for unpaid items either bought at auction or store inventory if purchased thru Ebay.

After the auction, the winning bidder must pay for the item within 3 working days after auction ends. Either Paypal, by credit card, or arrange to have item picked up if you live in the Houston Area . After the 3th day item will go back on auction and or store inventory and a non-payment complaint will be filled out as well as negative feedback left. Under no circumstances will there be any type of warranty. All items are sold as is! NO RETURNS for no reason what’s so ever. Read description and ask any and all questions before you purchase. No refunds will be issued for no reason. Items will be insured at buyers request only.
